Kati Neville

Kati Neville started filling her freezer with make-ahead meals over a decade ago. In 2002, Kati began operating Make and Take LLC, the first meal assembly business near Portland, OR.

Compelled to reach more families, Kati sold Make and Take LLC in 2006 to focus on writing. Her latest book, Fix, Freeze, Feast, was released in late 2007 by Storey Publishing.

Today, Kati still fills her freezer with make-ahead meals and is protective of her family’s dinnertime. She teaches classes locally to public and private groups.

Kati is a contributing editor for The Saver’s Kitchen™ podcast and frequently blogs on The Forklift. She offers budget-friendly tips and recipe to audiences of online and print publications, such as Real Simple and Every Day with Rachael Ray magazines. And has demonstrated the money-saving ideas presented in Fix, Freeze, Feast on television programs: Better.TV and Showcase Minnesota.

Ms. Neville is a 4-H leader and Certified Master Recycler. She holds a MS in Public Affairs from the University of Oregon.
